He proudly represented India at the 1st Thailand Culinary World Challenge, showcasing his talent on a global stage. His career is also highlighted by international accolades, including a Gold Medal at the 4th International Hospitality Fair Culinary Challenge and a Silver Medal in Live Practical Cooking. Beyond awards, he is a certified member of the Indian Culinary Forum and a certified FOSTAC Trainer (Food Safety Training and Certification), further cementing his stature as a leader in culinary excellence.

He began his career in 2006 with Trident Hilton Gurgaon and went on to work with some of the world’s most prestigious hospitality brands including Hyatt Regency, The Claridges Hotel, Radisson Group of Hotels, Jaypee Greens Golf and Spa Resort and The Imperial. He was most recently associated with The Trident Oberoi Gurgaon and served as Executive Sous Chef at JW Marriott New Delhi, where his creativity and leadership helped shape unforgettable dining experiences.

At Spice Rack, he will be spearheading the relaunch of our menu, introducing fresh ideas, signature creations and inspired seasonal offerings. Alongside this, he will curate a series of special Regional food festivals, festive showcases and exclusive culinary experiences designed to delight guests and redefine dining with us.
